About The Position

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurants, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food, beverage and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their overall dining experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports
  • 2 years high volume restaurant management or supervisory experience required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred
