Provide a clear vision of the company mission to restaurant team members assuring all are clear on tasks to achieve and expected execution. Responsible for the appearance of operation each day (prior, during, and post-closing). Meets and exceeds all standards for operations. Provide an ongoing daily presence in the operation, interacting with guests, FOH and BOH staff and peer managers.
