As the Supervisor, you'll be the BIG CHEESE on shift, keeping daily restaurant operations running smoothly! You'll serve customers and support Front of House and Back of House staff while supervising the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for food quality and customer service, complete shift checklists including cleaning and stocking tasks, manage tip outs, and assign staff to keep operations efficient. A successful Supervisor is a strong communicator who can balance hands-on work with team leadership. You'll also help train new team members, support the rollout of new programs, policies, and menu items, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked restaurant.
