About The Position

As the Supervisor, you'll be the BIG CHEESE on shift, keeping daily restaurant operations running smoothly! You'll serve customers and support Front of House and Back of House staff while supervising the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for food quality and customer service, complete shift checklists including cleaning and stocking tasks, manage tip outs, and assign staff to keep operations efficient. A successful Supervisor is a strong communicator who can balance hands-on work with team leadership. You'll also help train new team members, support the rollout of new programs, policies, and menu items, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked restaurant.

Requirements

  • Able to be on your feet, standing and walking, for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly, and up to 50lbs on occasion
  • Able to work with equipment that is sharp and/or hot
  • Able to learn and follow safety and quality protocols - must have strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in an environment with fluctuation temperatures
  • Must be 18+ years of age or older
  • Must be comfortable speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English in person and over the phone
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (IDs required at Orientation)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Manager in the restaurant or food industry is required

Nice To Haves

  • Pizza-specific experience is not required, but if you have worked in restaurants that use conveyor ovens, food production, bakery production, or large-scale catering kitchens, we'd love to hear from you!
