About The Position

Nation's Giant Hamburgers is hiring a Shift Supervisor for their Livermore Location. In this role, you will be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant, including cashier, cooking, food preparation, and light janitorial duties. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example, managing your shift, motivating and guiding the team, addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety standards, and managing time and breaks. You will also provide training and support for new team members, handle restaurant orders, assist with paperwork, and cover the manager's day off when needed. Responsibilities
