About The Position

Nation's Giant Hamburgers is hiring a Shift Supervisor for their Turlock Location. In this role, you will be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant and perform duties such as cashier, cooking, food preparation, and light janitorial tasks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example, manage your shift, motivate and guide the team, address customer concerns, ensure safety standards, manage time and breaks, and provide training and support for new team members. You will also handle restaurant orders, assist with paperwork, and cover the manager's day off when needed. This is a growing, service-oriented company with career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead your shift to provide excellent service and top-quality food.
