About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The position requires someone who is natural at starting conversations, motivating people, and providing excellent customer service. A typical day involves sales, motivating staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, and motivating sales staff through healthy competition. The role also involves physical activity such as running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It does not matter if talking to everyone just comes naturally.
