About The Position

We are a long-time neighborhood restaurant in a great area, offering an upscale casual dining experience with a wide-ranging American menu, classic bar, dining room, banquet room, and patio. We are looking for year-round servers, with a priority for weekday lunch shifts (generally 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and also dinner shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM).

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in upscale establishments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a positive manner.
• Knowledge of food and wine pairings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Be flexible with your schedule
• Have your Alcohol Awareness certification
• Excellent communicator
• Team Player
• Maintain your uniform and have non-slip shoes
• Have a desire to learn and a passion for Customer Service
• must have year round availability

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of food and drink offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail.
• Enter orders into the computer system for transmittal to the kitchen staff.
• Provide exceptional hospitality in a busy restaurant environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
