Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services to restaurant customers. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests. The server must remain attentive to customers throughout their dining experience, adhering to or exceeding established service standards. Responsibilities also include completing restocking and cleaning duties, memorizing menu items and specials, maintaining cleanliness standards in the restaurant and service areas, controlling guest checks, receiving payments accurately, and attending pre-meal meetings. The server will respond to customer inquiries, maintain a professional appearance, and exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor, handling customer service issues with tact and understanding. Other duties as assigned by management are also part of the role.
