The Greeter/Host must maintain a clean and welcoming entrance, ensure menus are in excellent condition, and communicate effectively with servers, management, and the kitchen to ensure seamless service. They are also tasked with checking with guests upon departure to ensure a pleasant dining experience and promptly addressing any issues by involving a manager.
