About The Position
The Prep Cook and/or Pastry Cook is responsible for efficiently preparing a wide range of food products and pastries each day for menu items, following Urban Plates recipes and procedures. The position is based at the Urban Plates restaurant at 1620 Camino De La Reina, Building E, San Diego, California.
