About The Position

The Prep Cook and/or Pastry Cook is responsible for the efficient, daily preparation of a wide range of food products and pastries used to prepare menu items, following Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures. The role is in an open-kitchen restaurant environment and contributes to the preparation of made-to-order meals from scratch. Efficiently prepare a wide range of food products and pastries each day.
Prepare products used in menu items according to Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.
