About The Position

The role supports smooth food-service operations by washing and storing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and helping with general facility upkeep. Requirements

Prior experience in dishwashing, janitorial, or facility maintenance is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on shift schedules.
Weekend availability is required.
Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
Organize and store clean items in designated areas.
Clean kitchen surfaces, counters, sinks, stoves, and food-preparation areas.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
Empty trash and recycling according to company procedures.
Monitor dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, and equipment; report supply or equipment issues to management.
Clean and organize storage rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Report plumbing, equipment, or facility concerns to management.
