Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, hospitality, media, executive support, or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with restaurant owners, agencies, and business executives.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing schedules, calendars, travel, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Social media, podcast, webinar, or video coordination experience is a plus.
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage trade show activities, restaurant outreach, partnerships, and scheduling for Chomp Show and Restaurant Association initiatives.
  • Build relationships with restaurants, agencies, vendors, and industry professionals to create new business and media opportunities.
  • Support executive leadership with scheduling, communications, research, administrative coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Help grow Chomp Show visibility by identifying collaboration opportunities, organizing outreach campaigns, and assisting with production logistics.
