Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Familiarity with the MICROS operating system.

Responsibilities

• Working with our front-of-house food & beverage team to ensure all restaurant outlets in the hotel are operating in accordance with our high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Director of Outlets.
• Ensure the satisfaction of our guests who patron the outlets within the hotel.
