About The Position

We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food & Beverage team. As our Restaurant Outlets Supervisor, you will be working with our front-of-house food & beverage team to ensure all restaurant outlets in the hotel are operating in accordance with our high standards of guest satisfaction. You will lead the team in the absence of the Director of Outlets and ensure the satisfaction of our guests who patron the outlets within the hotel.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Familiarity with the MICROS operating system.

• Working with the front-of-house food & beverage team to ensure all restaurant outlets in the hotel are operating in accordance with high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Leading the team in the absence of the Director of Outlets.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of guests who patron the outlets within the hotel.
