About The Position

The Restaurant & Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment scene, enjoys inspiring fun, and seeks immediate gratification from improving experiences and motivating teams. The manager must be goal-oriented, capable of handling high-volume operations (e.g., 100K days, walking five miles a shift, working an average of 50-hour work weeks), and able to oversee all business aspects from minor details to the big picture.

Requirements

21+ years of age
2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
True leadership capabilities
The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Responsibilities

Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations
