About The Position

The Restaurant Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. The role leads restaurant operations in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment environment, overseeing both daily details and broader business priorities. The position may involve handling busy service days, walking approximately five miles per shift, and working an average of 50 hours per week.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age.
At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
Proficiency in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
Ability to lead a team in creating a memorable guest experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to handle busy service days, walk approximately five miles per shift, and work an average of 50-hour work weeks.
