About The Position

Looking for Restaurant Manager to join our team. Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, manage finances, provide excellent guest experience and maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Restaurant/Floor Manager
  • Wine and Beverage knowledge
  • Dining Room Etiquette
  • Administrative/Scheduling/Payroll experience
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • Ability to make decisions on imperfect infomation
  • Agility in multitasking
  • Proven ability to influence a team and achieve results.
  • Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation.
  • Fluency in job related English both verbal and non-verbal.
  • An appreciation and respect for the diversity of all individuals in the workplace.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
