Requirements

  • Bring 2–4 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or high-volume environment.
  • Lead with confidence, positivity, and a hands-on approach.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
  • Have strong operational and financial acumen.
  • Build strong, motivated teams through coaching and communication.
  • Have flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays are your stage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader, setting the pace and jumping in wherever needed.
  • Recruit, train, and coach a dynamic team of service professionals.
  • Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and collaboration.
  • Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure every experience reflects Hard Rock’s signature energy and hospitality.
  • Manage labor, costs, and inventory to meet financial goals.
  • Support revenue-driving initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards and operational excellence.
