We’re seeking a Payroll & Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and brings both analytical rigor and leadership excellence to the heart of our financial operations. As Payroll & Finance Manager, you are a critical driver of operational integrity, ensuring accurate payroll execution, seamless financial processes, and exceptional support for both internal teams and ownership partners. You’ll lead payroll administration while overseeing condo owner accounting, balancing compliance, efficiency, and service with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Thrive in a luxury hospitality or high-volume environment
  • Bring strong payroll expertise (Dayforce or similar systems preferred)
  • Are highly skilled in Excel and financial analysis
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and discretion
  • Can multi-task, prioritize, and perform under pressure
  • Lead with integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Have supervisory experience and a passion for developing others
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree with 3+ years, OR
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality finance/payroll

Nice To Haves

  • Property Management System experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll with full compliance to state and local regulations
  • Audit, reconcile, and validate payroll and financial data across multiple systems
  • Prepare payroll reports, including weekly overtime summaries for leadership
  • Manage monthly condo owner accounting, including reconciliations and payment distributions
  • Prepare statements, issue payments, and ensure timely, accurate reporting
  • Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Develop and refine payroll procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial and employee data
  • Partner with Finance leadership on reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Train, mentor, and support team members with a focus on growth and accountability
  • Build strong relationships across departments and with ownership stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose in all interactions
