About The Position

The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves achieving company objectives in sales, service, safety, quality, and appearance. The manager will partner with the Director of Operations and General Manager to develop and implement marketing and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue. Key responsibilities include monitoring and improving product, service, and guest satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food production. The role also focuses on cost minimization, efficient cash handling, accurate paperwork, and compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations. The manager will also fill in where needed to ensure smooth operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous restaurant experience required.
  • Successful completion of corporate training program required.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
