The Restaurant Manager position is responsible for translating the company's purpose into practice by managing the execution of the brand throughout the restaurant. This includes achieving objectives across human resources, profit generation, and in-store efficiencies. Mary's Pizza Shack is currently looking for entry-level manager candidates for their Petaluma location.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years old
  • High school diploma
  • At least one year previous leadership experience in some capacity
  • Prior experience in the food service business managing a staff of at least 30 employees
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • People & Leadership Skills – ability to lead and motivate people
  • Energy & Stamina - essential for a team-based work environment
  • Ability To Work at A Fast Pace – including multi-tasking and an "all hands-on deck" approach
  • Good Communication – vocal and supportive team interaction
  • Love for Great Food and Shack Class Service – treating guests as if they were in your own home
  • Caring About Your Teammates – working for the success of your team

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Labor and Break management
  • Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, procedures including OSHA, Dept of Heath, Fire Department, etc.
  • Crew assignment, training, development, scheduling, and motivation of the team during shifts
  • Customer relationship management
