About The Position

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a fast-casual Texas-style barbecue restaurant and its staff. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience through great barbecue, great service, and cleanliness. Managers lead and support team members, uphold company policies and procedures, and foster the company’s family-oriented and faith-centered culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques.
• Willing to uphold company standards within the team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Willing to work as scheduled.
• Able to use hands and arms continuously.
• Willing to follow uniform and safety standards.
• Willing to uphold the company’s Smoke-Free Workplace Policy.
• Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to promote a positive culture and lead others toward goals.
• Able to perform basic computer and office tasks, including email and entering data into a spreadsheet.
