About The Position

Our client is a family-oriented, faith-centered company passionate about Texas-style bar-b-que and excellent customer service. The Restaurant Manager focuses on the full customer experience and the company’s priorities of great bar-b-que, great service, and cleanliness, while leading team members to do their best. The Manager oversees daily restaurant and staff operations, provides exceptional customer service, upholds company policies and procedures, and follows local and state health guidelines. The role requires meeting the physical demands of restaurant work and adhering to uniform, safety, and smoke-free workplace standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to follow instructions and learn procedures and techniques.
Willingness to work as scheduled.
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to promote a positive culture and lead others to achieve goals.
Ability to perform basic computer and office tasks, including using email and entering data into a spreadsheet.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and reaching.
Ability to use hands and arms continuously.
Willingness to adhere to uniform and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed, and in proper uniform.
Provide exceptional service to each customer.
Lead and help team members do their best.
Be familiar with menu items and specials.
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and staff.
Execute company policies and procedures.
Abide by all local and state health guidelines.
Uphold company standards within the team and adhere to uniform and safety standards.
Honor the health and wellness of team members and customers by upholding the company’s Smoke-Free Workplace Policy.
