About The Position

Panera Bread is seeking talented restaurant leaders to join their team. Our Restaurant Managers serve quality food, connect with guests, and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows for work/life balance. Panera Bread has 54 cafes throughout Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester county and the Hudson Valley.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual &/or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
  • A Passion for the food service industry and MUST be a People First Person.
  • Flexibility to commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location
  • Authorization to work in the USA

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of our daily restaurant business, such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating our staff to provide excellent guest service.
  • Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for our guests to meet friends, celebrate special occasions, or complete an important work project while enjoying a meal in a bakery-cafe.
  • Invest in and develop our cafe teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.
