About The Position

Hyde Park Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist in the Food & Beverage outlets at the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport. These outlets include The Andiamo Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, casual dining), Cafe Mercato (coffee and sandwich shop), and a sports-themed bar with casual dining. The role involves directing team members and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience.
  • High volume, union experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of food and beverage operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality and management, outlet management, policy and procedure enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation.
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing training, supervision, management, coaching and counseling, performance evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
  • Assist in monitoring and assessing product quality and service and guest satisfaction, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
