The Rustic is seeking Restaurant Managers at all levels who are passionate about hospitality and ready to lead in a high-energy, guest-first environment. Requirements
- Restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, GM, etc.)
- Passion for people and hospitality
- High-energy leadership and problem-solving skills
- F&B knowledge and comfort with restaurant tech
- TABC & Food Handler certified (or able to get certified)
- Love for music, good times, and good company
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Front of House & Back of House operations
- Create remarkable guest experiences � every time
- Lead and inspire a rockstar team
- Handle hiring, training, and development
- Ensure top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and scheduling
