About The Position
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves driving sales, upholding operational and service standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. The manager will also uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices, support the hiring, training, and development of team members, and step in where needed as part of a collaborative leadership team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
