About The Position

Chick-fil-A Batesville is seeking a high-capacity Restaurant Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on operational leadership role designed for experienced leaders who want ownership for results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role involves leading leaders, driving operational excellence, and directly impacting team culture and guest experience. The Restaurant Manager will work alongside an Owner/Operator and receive support and development from Chick-fil-A.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Direct experience leading through others (team leads, shift supervisors, etc.)
Full-time open availability, including Fridays and Saturdays
Strong communicator able to handle conflict and coach for performance
Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and delivering excellence
Humility, Integrity and Self-Awareness are non-negotiables

Responsibilities

Grow and develop leaders and coach a team of 50+ to deliver remarkable results
Own operational excellence in your area of the business, ensuring speed, accuracy, and hospitality
Increase profitability through strong labor stewardship, waste reduction, and throughput improvement
Create a culture of accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and consistent follow-up
Partner with fellow leaders to align on business priorities, track results, and continuously improve performance
