This role combines active shift leadership with management responsibilities including staffing, coaching, guest service, scheduling, inventory oversight, labor management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, hospitality-driven, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
