About The Position

At Mary’s Pizza Shack, we are looking for entry-level manager candidates to fulfill the role of Manager at our Petaluma location. Our MISSION is to share authentic Italian cooking and an experience that captures the spirit of our founder, Mary Fazio. Our Restaurant Manager Positions translate our PURPOSE into PRACTICE and is responsible for managing the execution of our brand throughout the restaurant to achieve objectives across human resources, profit generation, and in-store efficiencies. We take great pride in cultivating a supportive and fun culture that encourages growth through on-the-job training, a commitment to promote from within whenever possible, and doing everything we can to help our employees excel in their careers. Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years old
  • High school diploma, some post high school education a plus.
  • At least one year previous leadership experience in some capacity.
  • Prior experience in the food service business managing a staff of at least 30 employees.
  • Serve Safe Certification a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Passion, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Responsibilities

  • Labor and Break management
  • Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, procedures including OSHA, Dept of Heath, Fire Department, etc.
  • Crew assignment, training, development, scheduling, and motivation of the team during
  • Customer relationship management
