About The Position

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to run a high-volume, quick-service restaurant. The manager is accountable for the restaurant’s financial and operational performance and must be willing to relocate. The role requires strong team leadership, customer service, integrity, and accountability.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or another service industry, with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Excellent team leadership and customer service skills.
• Integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent hospitality and guest service.
• Create a positive work environment for team members.
• Implement human resources decisions.
• Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis.
• Control inventory.
• Manage the financial and operational performance of the restaurant.
