About The Position

As a Restaurant Server, you have the exciting opportunity to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will welcome guests, assist with menu selections, take and enter orders, deliver food and beverages, handle inquiries, and collaborate with the kitchen staff. This role also involves taking and delivering orders to guest rooms.

Requirements

Dedicated to providing a positive and memorable guest dining experience.
Works well with kitchen and service teams.
Willing to learn and adapt to menu changes and guest needs.
Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous server experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and assisting with menu selections.
Taking and accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system.
Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and courteous manner.
Providing attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
Handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborating with kitchen and other service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Taking and delivering orders to guest rooms.
