About The Position
Our restaurant portfolio in the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport includes Buddy's Pizza, Chili's, Max & Erma's, Sora Japanese Cuisine, Coffey Beanery, & more! At SSP America, our Hosts are one of our most important customer service roles. They're experts at a few things, including making our guests' days, providing excellent customer service, processing orders quickly and accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards daily.

Responsibilities
- Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
- Receive payment from the customer and process change.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
- Clean equipment and utensils, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
- Other tasks as assigned
