About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Hostess to create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing seating and reservations, and supporting the restaurant team to ensure excellent service. As our Host / Hostess, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results. You will play a key role in shaping each guest's experience by providing friendly, attentive service and creating a positive first impression from the moment they arrive. You are the face of the hotel—creating first impressions and memorable guest moments. Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Micros) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests promptly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and answer guest inquiries by phone.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages from the coffee counter.
• Maintain dining room appearance and service standards.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables during busy periods.
• Maintain shift communication through daily log entries.
• Follow attendance, scheduling, safety, and company policies.
• Support restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
