About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years as a Full-Service Restaurant GM (with bar experience preferred)
  • Strong financial and operational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments
  • Experience leading diverse teams
  • A mindset geared toward service, coaching, and accountability
  • Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools
