About The Position

Taco John's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Bismarck, North Dakota. The General Manager leads restaurant operations and helps team members succeed while delivering quality food and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role includes interviews, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, inventory control, hiring, training, and coordinating coworkers' activities. The General Manager may open or close the store, work directly with customers, and help schedule the customer service team. This is a full-time position requiring 40–50 hours per week, with hours tailored to the employee's schedule. Restaurant operating hours range from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Compensation is $45,000–$65,000 per year plus profit sharing.
