The Nobu Restaurant General Manager is responsible for hiring and training team members to elegantly describe food offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as possessing knowledge of wine and spirits to deliver the ultimate luxury dining experience in a sophisticated environment. This role encompasses the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including, but not limited to, employee relations and developing and implementing objectives in accordance with budgetary and service requirements.
