Pizza Maker are responsible for preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats, and executing customers’ orders considering special requests. Responsibilities Skilled in dough mixing and hand-stretching Able to work quickly while under pressure and should be knowledgeable about state and local health regulations that apply to restaurants. Monitor, maintain, and clean the working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas. Maintain and operate all large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers. Prepare all raw materials required for cooking such as cutting all vegetables and preparing the dough. Make fresh tomato, pesto, and white cream sauces Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and mushrooms) Cut, slice, and grill meats like chicken, ham, and beef Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed Monitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items. Prepares and stores pizza dough Prepares pizza sauces Trains other cooks in the preparation process so all meals are uniform Checks the quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests Keeps a positive professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and guests at all times. Notify the Supervisor regarding levels of food supplies, inventory, and other materials as needed. Acts in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications, and food/beverage regulations. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
