About The Position
We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Subway team! This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, team development, and overall store performance. As a Subway Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of the store by leading your team, delivering a great guest experience, and driving results.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
- Previous management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Experience managing operations and driving store performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
- Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and team members
- Manage hiring, training, and performance of the entire team
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to meet business needs
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain business records and analyze performance to drive sales and profitability
- Support and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
- Maintain store facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness
