As Senior Analyst, RGM, you will play an important role in supporting Revenue Growth Management initiatives that drive commercial growth for Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role will conduct analyses and develop insights supporting the development and execution of channel, customer, and portfolio strategies, leveraging consumer insights, pricing and promotion analytics, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and support profitable revenue growth. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Strategy teams to translate RGM principles into actionable insights and recommendations. The role will be responsible for evaluating market opportunities, developing analytical assessments, generating actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of growth initiatives that enhance both customer value and company profitability. In addition, the Senior Analyst will support the advancement of RGM capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization while serving as a key analytical partner to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of RGM concepts and levers
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L experience
  • Experience with syndicated data tools
  • Multi-channel experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and independently drive results. Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities.
  • Agility and adaptability in developing solutions within a dynamic and evolving business environment

  • Contribute to capability-building efforts that strengthen RGM knowledge and adoption across the organization
  • Support Customer & Channel RGM Strategy Development

  • Support Strategic Planning & Value Creation Initiatives
  • Deliver actionable channel and customer insights that inform commercial decision-making
  • Support core RGM processes (Pricing, Promotion, Trade Investment, Pack-Price Architecture, Mix Management)
  • Develop Analytics, Models & Business Cases
  • Support AOP & Commercial Planning
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
