General Manager – Little Hen Fort Lauderdale Little Hen is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our Fort Lauderdale location. Requirements

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing labor, COGS, and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend and holiday availability required

Nice To Haves

  • Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop front-of-house and management teams
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
