About The Position

Gecko Hospitality is seeking an experienced, motivated Restaurant General Manager for the Little Rock area. The General Manager leads by example and promotes the restaurant’s vision, recruits and develops a passionate team, collaborates with local businesses, and supports sustainability and community engagement. The restaurant company began in Northern Florida in the late 1990s and describes its culture as grounded in trust, integrity, respect, innovation, and creativity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of current experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Full Service Restaurant Manager.
• Restaurant General Manager experience at a high-volume concept generating more than $1.5 million annually.
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Proficiency with financials, including P&Ls, inventory, and food and labor costs.
