About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a student-centered Elementary Special Education Teacher for a forward-thinking school district in Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher will provide individualized instruction in resource and inclusive settings, adapt core curriculum to students’ cognitive and behavioral needs, and collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families. The role also includes managing the IEP process and supporting equitable access to learning and student achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
• Valid Indiana teaching license with the appropriate Special Education credential or endorsement.
• Ability to provide instruction and support across diverse educational settings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to students’ profiles and learning goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring benchmarks align with student development and state regulations.
• Adapt and differentiate classroom materials, lessons, and teaching methods for diverse learning styles and needs.
• Collect and analyze student performance data and use it to refine instructional strategies.
• Lead IEP meetings and communicate consistently with families, specialists, and school staff.
• Provide instruction and support across diverse educational settings.
