About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a student-centered Elementary Special Education Teacher to work in a school district in Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher will provide individualized instruction and support across resource and inclusive settings, adapting core curriculum to students’ cognitive and behavioral abilities and helping diverse learners build confidence and achieve academic goals. The role involves collaborating with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families, and managing the IEP process from development through implementation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
• Valid Indiana teaching license with the appropriate Special Education credential or endorsement.
• Ability to provide instruction and support across diverse educational settings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to students’ profiles and learning goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring benchmarks align with student development and state regulations.
• Adapt and differentiate curriculum, classroom materials, lessons, and teaching methods for varied learning styles and abilities.
• Collect and analyze student performance data and use it to refine instructional strategies.
• Lead IEP meetings and communicate with families, specialists, and school staff.
• Provide instruction and support across diverse educational settings.
