General Manager – Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon Franchise Partner (Peachtree Mall) Are You Ready to Roll With the Best? Job Summary As the General Manager, you will oversee the complete daily operations of your store. Your main focus is to uphold Auntie Anne’s famous Three-Fold Philosophy while driving maximum store profitability. You will lead your crew from the front—handling everything from local talent recruitment to prepping, baking, and serving our iconic products.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in retail, restaurants, or a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate your local crew.
  • Manage training assessments, performance reviews, and employee relations.
  • Build compliant weekly labor schedules based on projected sales.
  • Maintain strict cash-handling compliance and audit daily operational paperwork.
  • Direct the ordering of all store food resources and operational supplies.
  • Maintain proactive working relationships with Peachtree Mall management.
  • Ensure the crew strictly adheres to the Chestnut Land Company "Promise Code of Conduct".
