About The Position
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Operations Supervisor to lead back-of-house activities and help maintain exceptional standards in food preparation, sanitation, and overall kitchen performance. This role is essential in creating a productive, organized workspace while guiding team members and ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed consistently.

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role is a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership abilities
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- ServSafe certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist kitchen team members throughout daily service operations
- Monitor food prep and cooking procedures to maintain consistency and presentation standards
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly supplied at all times
- Oversee inventory levels, place supply orders, and help minimize product waste
- Enforce all health, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and kitchen productivity
- Coordinate with staff to support efficient service and a positive team environment
