About The Position

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Operations Supervisor to lead back-of-house activities and help maintain exceptional standards in food preparation, sanitation, and overall kitchen performance. This role is essential in creating a productive, organized workspace while guiding team members and ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed consistently.

  • Prior experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist kitchen team members throughout daily service operations
  • Monitor food prep and cooking procedures to maintain consistency and presentation standards
  • Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly supplied at all times
  • Oversee inventory levels, place supply orders, and help minimize product waste
  • Enforce all health, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and kitchen productivity
  • Coordinate with staff to support efficient service and a positive team environment

Benefits
