The role involves controlling labor and production costs, auditing service and quality, developing strategies for customer satisfaction, supervising teamwork, and handling day-to-day employee issues professionally. Additionally, the supervisor will support training programs, assist in employee reviews, and ensure adherence to time and attendance procedures and company standards for safety, health, and sanitation.
