About The Position
Restaurant Crew Members help create a positive guest experience by making subs and providing friendly, efficient service. Team members are trained to operate the cash register and grill and to keep the store neat and clean. No prior experience is needed; paid training is provided. The employer seeks polite, outgoing, and friendly team members with a positive attitude. Teens are welcome.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
